About us
The Sandy Bay Ojibway First Nation is situated on a 16,456 acre site on the western shore of Lake Manitoba. Approximately three quarters of this land is committed to farming. There is about an 80% average of Ojibway speaking community members, thus keeping our language alive. Sandy Bay’s original roots began in 1870.
