Property owners need to be aware that tank removal companies will provide a certificate confirming tank removal however It is important to keep in mind that this does not mean your property has been remediated as there may be impacted soil surrounding the tank site that may need to be extracted. A basic tank removal certificate is typically not sufficient to satisfy insurance or bank financing purposes.
